Live with a Kingdom Worldview!

Our western worldview is a major stumbling block to our relationship with Yeshua and becoming who He calls us to be. This worldview separates the natural and supernatural. It assumes the natural realm is this tangible world – run by natural (scientific) laws and seldom affected by spiritual influence. The supernatural, in this view, is separate, consisting of “other-worldly spiritual influences – both good and evil. The assumption is that we can choose to live on one side or the other.
A Kingdom worldview puts God, Who is a spirit being, above everything. These two realms operate together. “Science” is the study of God’s laws which must leave room for divine interruption from the heavenly realm. We allow, and even invite, God’s Presence to break into our situations at any time and take it in a different direction than what we anticipated. We yield to what we call the “miraculous” because His response is so far above our ability to comprehend or our limited resources.
Separating the natural from the supernatural assumes that man can control his environment and come up with solutions to worldly issues on his own. It’s what we call striving, racking our brains, rather than yielding them to God. What God desires for us in His love, is that we rest in Him and ask for His solutions. He gladly responds and we simply stand in awe and give thanks!
Putting the supernatural above the natural affords us the opportunity to see things from heaven’s perspective. When we stop using human reasoning and inquire of Holy Spirit to teach us what we need in every situation, we always come out with the best solutions. As spiritual beings made in the image of God, we can choose each day to submit our body to our soul, our soul to our spirit and our spirit to Holy Spirit. We align ourselves with heaven and we begin to see, hear and think differently. We then execute those solutions with power and authority. We also experience joyful confidence that we are bringing heaven to earth and we see things change for God’s glory.
It’s time for us to do away with a western worldview and adopt a Kingdom worldview where all things are possible to those who believe! This life is available to each one of us. We were created to live a supernatural life!
